Develop a whole argument that first shows how the lack of funding in public education relates and employment opportunities leads to crime, and then build a detailed proposal that addresses the problems of which I did such a good job of persuading the reader (but that’s for next module!). Because this is the most crucial argumentative step, I suggest that it also receive the most attention in the essay (approx. 4-5 pages).
